Lila Production produces creative documentaries for television and cinema, as well as fiction series since 2024. Under the leadership of Marc Berdugo, producer and co-founder of Magneto, and Barbara Conforti, who worked alongside him for 15 years at Magneto, the company is also developing international co-productions.

Lila Production continues to develop fiction projects, including the feature film Des gens qui doutent, co-written by Yaël Berdugo with Salomé Lelouch and Béatrice Fournera, Un sujet délicat by Riton Liebmann in co-production with Michel Hazanavicius, and Monsieur Alexandre written by Yaël and Marc Berdugo with Roschdy Zem.

Marc Berdugo is co-founder of Magneto, former war reporter and editor-in-chief at CAPA TV. He is an experienced director and producer of geopolitical and investigative documentaries, fiction such as Des gens bien ordinaires d'Ovidie (Canal +), which won the prestigious International Emmy Awards short form series in 2023, and magazines such as Vox pop, a European investigative magazine on Arte, and 20h50, a geopolitical magazine on France 2.

Franco-Italian Barbara Conforti has produced investigative reports and documentaries on mafias and trafficking around the world for television. In 2011, she left the Capa agency, where she was a senior reporter, to join the production company Magnéto. After serving as editor-in-chief of Vox Pop, Arte's European magazine, she became a documentary producer.

Former Head of Development for La Petite Reine and Pathé, Yaël Berdugo writes for theater, fiction, and documentaries. She acted as Show runner for several series, including Le Négociateur (TF1). She co-wrote the series La Tsarine with Yseult Williams and Piquées with Honorine Crosnier, which are currently in development.
